If you’ve noticed the increase in stories coming out, well you are not mistaken. I am happy to announce the release of the first book in The Det. Damien Scott Case Files, called Sticks & Stones.
From my days as a paralegal, I always found certain cases interesting. Researching case law, and discovering the difference facts around crime has always been fascinating.
This is the first in my serial series, which is a police procedural. I hope you will join me on this journey and together we’ll keep the stories coming!
Here is the blurb for Sticks & Stones:
For GRPD homicide detective Damien Scott, the burnt out car at the Chimborazo Park is more than just another case. The victim’s been located in the trunk, a silent scream still evident on his face. Now, Scott has to use all the tools at his disposal to catch a killer, even if the clues are taking him right to the home of a powerful politician. Time is ticking on solving this murder, for the longer it takes to connect the dots, then the more likelihood that the killer will escape justice. Scott will have to risk it all or face the fallout for failure.

Welcome to 2017! I’m excited to see what this year has in store … and I can’t wait to share all that I’ve been working on. That being said, I am happy to share with you news of my latest release, When the Devil Takes Hold.
This story is the result of many readers asking for a zombie inspired mystery, and being that I wanted to twist things up, well, I set it for Christmas time. The December holiday season needs some zombies too, right?
Here’s the blurb:
‚Tis the season to … stay alive.
Suzy’s been hired to work the holiday party. Christmas lights twinkle, and being able to help her sister, Quinn, is a bonus. Their relationship has been rocky over the years. This could be the holiday to bring them back together.
But when the party turns into a real life horror experience, Suzy and her group of friends must find a way to escape the ravenous party’s zombie-like behaving guests. The house is on lockdown, no way in or out until the doors open again at sunrise. Things are not always as they seem, and the question isn’t how to escape, but how to survive.
This murder-mystery will keep you guessing until the end.
Within the next couple of weeks, I’ll be launching my Det. Damien Scott serial, and am looking forward to solving cases and revealing him to the world.
Until then, I hope you will give When the Devil Takes Hold a look!
Again, Happy NEW YEAR!
